Send Transcripts and Recommendations

All transcripts and recommendations are due 1月uary 30.

The Transcript form should be sent to your daughter's current school office. Please select the form that corresponds with her school's grading system, either 季度评分 or 三个月评分. This is a "fillable" PDF form which the school can complete and e邮件 back to us. If the school requires written permission to release transcripts, please fill out and submit this 发布形式 申请成绩单.

These forms can be submitted electronically or in hard-copy, however electronic submissions are preferred. These forms are found in the online application.

Confidential Recommendation Form (必需) – From one current teacher, school administrator or counselor.

Confidential Clergy Recommendation Form (可选) – From a clergy member in your parish.

参加家庭面试

Applicants have the option to attend a Family Interview or upload an introductory video answering a few questions. Family interviews are intended for applicants who would like to meet with a representative from a specific area of our program for a deeper exploration of what Mercy has to offer. 面试将在 2024年2月6日、7日和10日.
